🎉NEW HOLIDAY COTTAGE!🎉
We are thrilled to introduce Dydle Down in Potter Heigham! (Sleeps 4)
First things first! We know you'll be wondering how to pronounce this and we look forward to hearing all the variations, if Patikipa is anything to go by! 😂
So it's 'Dye-dle', a noun meaning a scoop on the end of a long pole used by ‘dydlers’ to clear ditches and navigable channels. To ‘put your dydle down’ means to take a rest. Which suits this cottage to a tee!
Facing south (but north of the Potter Heigham Bridge) it's the perfect place to sit and fish the River Thurne to your heart's delight. 🐟🎣
See more here and take your pick of the dates!...
