🏡..NEW OWNERS..🏡
After a busy few years renovating and then welcoming lots of lovely holiday guests, we are now moving onto to something new.
We are really pleased to share that the new owners will continue to run Crossways as a holiday let in the same way we have so all of our repeat guests and new ones can keep coming back.

🌾 GARDEN SUNTRAP 🌾
Our guests all say the same thing. What a suntrap this little outdoor space is. Perfectly sheltered by a walled surround. It is an absolute pleasure to sit and relax in.
A great space for our doggie guests too as there is always a shady spot as well as it being really secure.

🏡... FEBRUARY HAS BEEN BUSY.... 🏡
February has been a busy month at Crossways Cottage. The perfect time of year to have a short or long stay.
Lovely to read our guest book and hear how guests are enjoying their comfortable stay.
We are becoming increasingly booked as the year progresses but still have some availability before the summer season begins.

🐕‍🦺...DOG WELCOMING...🐕‍🦺
At your dogs are most welcome. Having our own dog we appreciate how much they get out of their seaside break.
Whether they love the beach and sea , running over the sand dunes or country walks Winterton has it all. The local pub and tea rooms are both dog friendly too.
We have an enclosed court yard garden with high walls all around.

We have an outside warm water dog shower - ideal for muddy or sandy paws. We leave a couple of towels for them too.
We then have a small conservatory before you enter the cottage - an ideal drying space.
We leave throws for the sofas so they can sit with you if they wish.
We have a downstairs bedroom so they can sleep near you.
We leave 3 food and water bowls.
We leave a few treats for them too.

🦭..SEAL TIME...🦭
It's that time of year again when all the people on Winterton beach have been replaced by seal's having pup's.
This is such a special time of year and a real privilege to be able to just walk 5 minutes up the road and be able to watch.

This is the view that welcomes you when you arrive at .
Such a tranquil place to sit and relax. The garden has seating in different areas so always a sun trap or shadey spot particularly in this weather.

For anyone staying at Crossways Cottage Winterton this is great news. It takes just 5 minutes to walk through the village to Hermanus. We would definitely recommend it.
