Local to the area and employed by California Estates I have a background in Caravan Site Management; this combined with my passion for the area and site I added a further 6 chalets to my portfolio of chalets on California Sands. These have undergone full renovation to be ready for the start of the 2020 season. It’s my pleasure to asssist both holiday makers and holiday home owners alike to ensure they enjoy their time on California Sands and Sunbeach Holiday Village.
I’m Margo, a holiday home owner. 2 years ago I purchased 3 chalets on Sunbeach Holiday Village; Sunbeach Chalets. In my first season I was approached to manage another chalet and we were delighted at the results; achieveing a 86% occupancy rate followed by another successful season exceding the occupancy rate of 2018
