2025! How did that happen? This year we’re hoping to use Sandy Toes ourselves more than we managed in the previous 2 years, but there’ll still be lots of availability for our friends and family.

Here’s a heads up of what has been booked out or reserved so far. The season starts on 1st March until 31st October

7th -9th March
17th - 21st April
23rd - 27th May
2nd - 6th June (to be confirmed)
4th - 11th June
2nd - 9th August (to be confirmed)
18th - 25th August
24th - 26th October

Other Stuff:

Sleeps 6 in one double bedroom and 2 singles in second bedroom
Double sofa bed in living room
All bedding and towels included (beds made up ready for you)
All electricity is included
Smart TV with Netflix etc
Free WIFI
Alexa enabled
Coffee machine with pods
Tea, coffee, condiments etc
Welcome basket
Retractable dog gate on main door
Max 2 dogs

Ten minutes walk to the beach
Five minute walk to TI’s Diner/Bar
Amusements & Bingo
Fish & Chips
Cafe

Ten minutes car ride to Great Yarmouth, Winterton.
Cromer, Sheringham, The Broads, Wells a short drive away
Open top coast ride bus in main summer months
Train from Great Yarmouth to Norwich which is a fabulous city to visit

Minimum of 2 nights please £65 per night.
Happy for you to pay monthly etc to make things easier

We're down in Norfolk at the moment, checked the chalet and everything is fine, so we let her continue her winter slumber in peace..
Last night we went to the Christmas Spectacular at the Hippodrome in Great Yarmouth. It was out first visit and I have to say it was indeed Spectacular! I'm definitely going to be booking for several 2025 shows!
Taking bookings now, so if you're wanting a particular date, let me know sooner than later as we are definitely going to use it more ourselves this year!

I’ll be posting availability for 2025 next week - this year I am determined to use our own chalet, so you lot better be quick!

There’s a plethora of family-friendly visitor attractions, and most of them are weather-proofed. Seaside resorts have amusements and rides for everyone to enjoy.

As we're now housesitting at Carlton mid July, Sandy Toes will be free from Tuesday 9th July to Thursday 25th if anyone is wanting to book any time in during this period. Give me a shout, I'm certain this crap weather will improve soon! Minimum 2 nights £65 per night. Sleeps 4 + 1 on sofa bed. All inclusive. 🌞⛱️😀
