Horsey regulars Jess, Tilly, Flint and Billy can't wait to start collecting stamps in their Pooch Passports.

From this Sunday 1st September, they will be able to collect stamps from participating National Trust places on their days out:

Some fantastic history behind our neighbours National Trust - Horsey Windpump 🍃

The current structure is the fourth drainage mill at Horsey, after the Great Mill, New Mill and Black Mill. It was built in 1911-12 by local millwright Dan England, of Ludham, and was completed in the summer of 1912.

Horsey Mill was built using many of the old parts from Horsey Black Mill, which needed to be rebuilt owing to the declining condition of the two-hundred-year-old brick tower. It was built of bricks from Martham brickyard, transported to Horsey in the wherry ‘I’ll Try’.

This postcard image is believed to date from close to the time that the mill was completed.

A cosy pub half a mile from Winterton Beach and 2 miles from Hirsty’s Fun Park. Parking and just a few minutes from the nearest bus stop.

Greyhound Inn / 15min drive / dog friendly
A family friendly pub with a open fire, sheltered area outside for the winter, a sun-trap front terrace and a enclosed garden.

Acle Bridge Inn / 19min drive / dog friendly
Wonderful pub with bar food favorites, local beer and a beer garden.

Merrivale Model Village is only a half hour car drive from Sea Haven, well worth the trip with the kids 🚗

We want to make sure that Sea Haven has everything you need for your stay, we have these amenities free for you to use:

☕ Teapot, coffee cafeteria, reuseable bags, children's cutley
👕 Washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board
🧵 Hairdryer, extension leads, spare blankets, sewing kit
🐶 Dog bowls, doggy bags, old towels for muddy walks, blankets

We want to ensure you and your pups have a wonderful stay at Sea Haven 🐶

🦴 We allow up to 5 dogs depending on size for yours and their comfort (for free!)
🦴 We provide bowls, bags, blankets and towels after muddy walks
🦴 We have an enclosed garden with a fence
🦴 As we're very rural there's no fireworks in the area and a quiet road
🦴 We allow dogs on the sofa with a blanket, however, we ask you to not let your dogs on any of the beds in mind of the future guests that will be staying

Bring your pups to our peaceful haven in Horsey, Norfolk! We welcome all breeds and can accommodate up to 4 dogs (depending on size) to ensure everyone feels comfortable and uncrowded.

We're in the most rural part of Horsey, Norfolk, which means plenty of long dog walks, wildlife and no fireworks. A perfect environment for skittish or reactive dogs.

There's a dog-friendly pub with a lovely garden just a 10-minute walk away 🍺
