Another integral part of our crew, our menu creator, Amy! πŸ₯˜πŸ”ͺ🍽

Sailing most of her life, Amy started in dinghies at age 10, out every weekend, trying to avoid weekend study! πŸ“šπŸ“

At 17 she got her dinghy instructor ticket and the day after her last exam at school was on a plane to Greece to teach dinghy sailing β›΅οΈβ˜€οΈπŸ

Since then, Amy has done 8 seasons in the Med, moving from dinghy sailing onto yachts before working up to Yachtmaster Instructor ⛡️

Having worked as training crew for the Clipper Race, Amy has worked on longer passages such as Carribean to Galapagos via some stunning places and transited the Panama Canal twice along with doing Hawaii to Kiritibati and back in the wilds of the North Pacific πŸŒŽβ›΅οΈπŸ

More recently Amy has spent a lot of time on the West Coast of Scotland, training and helping the Ellen MacArthur Trust with maintenance πŸ› β›΅οΈπŸ΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ

Amy's desire to aim for better menus on boats came from the amount of training where boat food was simple and straightforward. Her mantra of "While there's nothing wrong with simple why not improve where you can?" saw her be instrumental in developing our new 2025 menu β›΅οΈπŸ½πŸ₯˜
