Toilets
There are 2 disabled toilets located within the shopping centre, each toilet require a radar key to access. Radar keys can purchased from Inverclyde Disability, 51 Hamilton Way, Greenock 0800 019 1182, open Mon- Sat 10am - 4pm. Town Centre public toilets are located in Hunters Place, adjacent to the Oak Mall car park. . Car Park
Oak Mall has 2 car parks; Hunters Place and King Street offering 90 car-parking spaces.
*All car parks are £1 per hour for a maximum of 4 hours, thereafter a fine will be imposed by the parking company controlling the car parks. Security
For your safety and security, Oak Mall is covered by a network of CCTV cameras. The malls are patrolled by fully trained security officers and first aid care is available if required. Disabled Access
Oak Mall is mainly set out on one level, making it easily accessible for disabled visitors. There are 4 spaces for disabled shoppers in the Hunter Place car park and a Shopmobility unit within the Centre, in Upper Clyde Square, which offers powered and manual wheelchairs (telephone 01475 732600 for more information). Shoppers travelling to the Centre by train can alight at either Greenock Central or Greenock West stations. As you exit Greenock Central, turn left and Oak Mall is a simple 5 minute walk away. Last year we supported nearly 50,000 individuals by helping them into employment, tackling fuel poverty and supporting people leaving prison. Recognising the increased financial difficulties that many find themselves in due to spiralling energy, food, and travel costs, we are hosting a Cost-of-Living Advice Day at Oak Mall Shopping Centre in Greenock on 16 June. Experts in income maximisation, home energy and employability will all be in attendance to offer their support and advice to everybody who comes along. This can include: • Benefits health check – ensuring you are receiving all benefits you are entitled to • Home energy advice – help with pre-payment meters and advice on saving on your bills • Employability – assistance with everything from writing your CV, help with skills and qualifications and finding work
