An amazing dining experience at .restaurant during my stay at La Zambra.

A restaurant characterised by a vibrant crowd, a red wine that dances in its glass, a culture based on sharing and a traditional selection of recipes from our beloved Andalucía, without loosing sight of the future.

The tartar was definitely a highlight for me, prepared tableside 👌🏼

✨FAREWELL✨

We start the new year fresh and we say goodbye to Palacio Can Marqués. It has been a wonderful client and has been an absolute pleasure working with them for almost 3 years; I love Mallorca as a destination and strongly believe Palma MUST be visited, so don’t skip it!!

I have seen this hotel grow and become one of the top choices in Palma and I am glad to have been able to put so much of me in its development.

La Nit de l’Art 👩🏻‍🎨

Last 23rd September, Palma held their annual event, Nit de l’Art, an event that marks the start of the artistic season in Mallorca.

Thousands take the street to visit galleries and museums, all inaugurating exhibitions on the same night; a must for professionals, as well as art lovers.

Autumn is my favourite time to visit Mallorca ☀️ The sun is shining, it is warm (bye scorching heat!) and let’s say it… less busy! And there are plenty of things to explore besides it’s wonderful beaches and “calas”.

Have you heard about “Flor de sal d’es Trenc”? It is an artisanal premium salt produced in Mallorca, and it is hand-harvested. The “flor de sal” (flower of salt) refers to the flower-like crystals that can be found on the surface, during the harvesting process.

If you haven’t tried it yet, come visit and take some home for a bit of the Mediterranean in your dishes, it is special ✨

The only Monday blue in Palma is the beautiful blue sky ☀️this view always makes me want to visit Palacio Can Marqués, especially when it is your own private terrace (The Riad Suite)

The Riad is the largest suite in Palma, with 3 bedrooms, private kitchen, and this panoramic terrace.

It is also full of perks and amenities, for travel agents and guests.
