Re: Road Resurfacing Works Commencing 27th February 2025

We write to advise that on the 27th February 2025, road resurfacing works will commence on Humberston Fitties Park and will be completed on the 28th February 2025. Due to the nature of the works that are scheduled to take place, for the 2 days the works are carried out, there will be no vehicular access available from after the one-system on park. Access will return to usual on the 1st March 2025 at 9am.

We can confirm that there will still be access to Humberston Fitties Park via foot however, we do request that extra caution is taken within the area the works are taking place. The resurfacing works will be undertaken on 1st Main Road, we enclose below a map showing the sections of the park whereby resurfacing works will take place.

The works have been scheduled to be completed during Humberston Fitties Park closed season to cause as little inconvenience to the Holiday Homeowners on Park.

Due to a burst water main on Cleethorpes Beach Holiday Park, the water supply has had to be isolated.

Cleethorpes Beach are not currently able to advise of a timescale the water supply will be isolated for however are actively working to resolve this matter.

We will post further updates once available.

Works are currently on track and are still due to be completed this Friday, 10th January 2025.

** Water Supply to Humberston Fitties **

We write following our letter sent to you dated the 28th November 2024 regarding the scheduled essential water supply works due to be completed by Cleethorpes Beach Holiday Park.

Cleethorpes Beach Holiday Park have confirmed that the works scheduled to be completed to the water supply are due to commence on the 13th January 2025 and are due to be completed on the 15th January 2025. The water supply works are weather permitted, in the event of unforeseen weather conditions, the scheduled works may be required to be postponed. Should this be the case, we will notify all Holiday Homeowners with this information.

The scheduled works will effect the water supply, meaning there will be no water to the park during this time.
The works have been scheduled to be completed during Humberston Fitties Park closed season to cause as little inconvenience to the Holiday Homeowners on Park.
