Polite Notice
As we enter our busiest season, we kindly ask our caravan owners not to contact us asking if we can "pop over" to put the heating on, or if your drain down has been completed. This year, we’ve had more than double the number of drain downs compared to last year, which is fantastic, and we truly appreciate your trust in us!
However, Jason and Connor are fully booked and unable to visit caravans unless an appointment has been prearranged. Once your drain down is completed—or if there’s an issue—we will contact you for payment or to discuss any concerns. I will also try and send out emails or notices to keep you all up to date.
We completely understand your worries, especially with the colder weather, which is why we’re working hard to complete all drain downs as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
