Good morning all, please note we are closed now until Monday and will respond to any messages then. All drain downs on the caravan site have been completed and bills have been emailed out, please check your spam/junk folder. Many thanks for all those who have settled their accounts already, it is fully appreciated.

Polite Notice

As we enter our busiest season, we kindly ask our caravan owners not to contact us asking if we can "pop over" to put the heating on, or if your drain down has been completed. This year, we’ve had more than double the number of drain downs compared to last year, which is fantastic, and we truly appreciate your trust in us!

However, Jason and Connor are fully booked and unable to visit caravans unless an appointment has been prearranged. Once your drain down is completed—or if there’s an issue—we will contact you for payment or to discuss any concerns. I will also try and send out emails or notices to keep you all up to date.

We completely understand your worries, especially with the colder weather, which is why we’re working hard to complete all drain downs as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

We expect our Internet and phone line to be down/unavailable between 8am and 1pm tomorrow, 13th November, as we are investing in better broadband (some of you may have experienced a disruption in our services over half term). Hopefully, from tomorrow afternoon, we should have the new service up and running 🤞

We will, of course, follow up on all messages, but to help you when you call, it might be worth going straight through to the answer service as soon as the automation option allows.

FYI, we are still taking drain down bookings, so please message with any questions 😊
