Love it when we get these kinds of emails for our clients.
Who said you can't get upgraded if you book with a travel agent! A lot of our clients who book flights only with us get offered upgrades, if available.
This was the cheapest we have ever seen, and our clients snapped it up quickly and rightly so. Considering the client's tickets were the value fare, they still got offered the upgrade. Now, they will travel back in comfort and style.
