Nice to recieve amazing pictures from my clients this week, literally all over the world!

Yesterday, one client sent me some of his pictures. He came to me last year wanting inspiration and guidance to travel and celebrate a special birthday. He was travelling alone. I listened and understood what he likes and doesn’t….. forward a few days and I had a wonderful trip to Thailand taking in the amazing buzz of Bangkok with a 5 star skyline suite room, for a few nights and visits to the floating markets and temples, then onto Phuket for some beach and fun. We then added a week at a Thai Boxing Training Camp!! Yes, different but what an experience and then a private transfer to the tranquility and beaches of Krabi and Phi Phi Islands.
Safe travels back Mr W. I’m so pleased it’s been so amazing for you. Thank you for allowing me to share.

I loved putting this India trip together, with the help of our Destination Management Company based in India, known to me for knowledge, experience and reliability. With a private meeting on their first night, an exceptional and wonderful driver and tour guide, my clients have been sharing wonderful pictures of Delhi and Jaipur and today they arrived in Shahpura Barg. They are thrilled with it all.

If you’re fed up of the white icy and slushy stuff, there is still time to grab some Winter Sun. These 2 ladies did just that and today they have been exploring Sal Island, Cape Verde.

Thank you for allowing me to share. Loved hearing all that you have seen and done, and loved the remark, “ I want to come back! “. Keep enjoying ladies, you deserve this well earned holiday.

Wow what a week! Snow stopped planes on Sunday, conditions diverted planes all over the UK for my clients Monday and Tuesday. Lucky clients got away Wednesday morning and 10 minutes later, Manchester Airport shut again!

I was at the end of the phone each time. One of these clients gave a 5star Trust Pilot review for this reason:

“ I consider myself a travel counsellors regular, having just returned from my trip to fuerterventura, my 5th trip with them. I was due to fly home on Sunday 5th Jan. due to heavy snowfall, delayed departures, and uncertainty about actually getting home from the Leeds/Bradford airport, I contacted my counsellor Fiona Whitehead asking about the possibility of extending my stay. I had a reply within 5 minutes, not bad for 9.30 Sunday morning. Within a couple of hours, all the arrangements were in place, my stay was extended, flight and transfer arranged, yet again excellent customer service. Travel counsellors take a bow, Fiona, the duty office and back room staff, you truly do live up to your quote, “with us it’s personal”. Many thanks for going above and beyond looking after me”
