After years of working with people with all kinds of emotional distress I find counselling a most effective way of supporting positive change in peoples lives. I have been honoured to accompany people on their journeys through distress to well being. After an initial meeting to determine weather we want to work with each other I would contract with you for an initial period and then review over time. I work with a clear intention to meet your needs and aim to allow you to explore fully issues which come to light. I'm particularly interested in work with young people, those with a mental health diagnosis or receiving G.P support for Mental Health, spiritual development, psychic development, abuse, past life trauma, childhood abuse, women's issues. Its a courageous thing to ask for healing. If you dont have a formal spiritual belief you risk opening yourself up to a journey of questioning and understanding. What happens, how does it feel, how does it change you. My own experience of giving and receiving healing are profound. Yours are your journey. I have had some wonderful experiences of receiving what I would describe as divine grace, a profound peace and centredness. Some clients have experienced tears,some laughter, most a feeling of deep relaxation. I trust that what is received is what is needed. Dr Usui sought out a way to deliver healing to his clients and shared this for our benefit. There is controversy over payment for healing. I am clear in that what I am being paid for is not the healing, but my time. I have been initiated into a traditional form of healing and the people who receive through me I trust get what they need. Bach Flower Remedies

Bach Flower remedies are a special kind of medicine which encourage positive emotions and this allows the body to maintain its natural state of health. Dr Bach was a.Bacteriologist, pathologist and homeopath. He started researching the healing properties of plants on emotions in 1928 and eventually came up with the 38 remedies which are a complete healing modality. There are three groups who can be helped with the remedies, those with medical and emotional problems can discuss their emotional well-being and take remedies to support themselves through either recovery or maintenance through cronic long lasting ill health. Those in a crisis who use the remedies to treat the underlying emotional distress easing irritability, panic. Use in times of great stress such as taking exams, family changes, moving house. Spritual Growth, remedies can be used to identify areas of personal growth. Selecting remedies gives us an insight into our feelings and taking them helps us realise our true potential. An initial session is lasts for about one hour. In the session I will discuss with you what you need in order to grow emotionally. Remedies with be selected and a “positive prescription” is given with your bottle. Follow up sessions can be done in Half an hour and cost half the price and for People out of the area I can douse a remedy and send it to you.
