At the centre of this latest development, we are launching the “Garden Of Inspiration” which features our company environmental presentations and initiatives.

Our Hanson Environmental/Ethical and Technical Team (HEAT) were delighted to host students and staff from Trinity MAT Earthshot yesterday to have an open discussion on how we can both share our positive and progressive initiatives and commitments to a more sustainable future.

Trinity MAT EarthShot was launched by Trinity Academy pupils in 2022, the staff and pupils understand that our planet is in crisis, so they are determined to take positive actions.

It was inspiring and enlightening to share ideas on finding the best solutions to help save our planet.

We are very excited to announce that our first 100% electrically powered HGV has arrived!!

This vehicle will be powered by a Zero-Carbon Energy Supply and will offer some of our local customers the opportunity to receive their products with an 'Eco Friendly Delivery Option'.

In working with Volvo Trucks and Crossroads Truck & Bus Ltd we appreciate we are in good hands as we integrate this exciting new technology within our delivery fleet.

As a company, we are aiming to significantly reduce our carbon emissions, the delivery of our first heavy goods electric vehicle is definitely a step in the right direction, and we will continue this work to reach our environmental targets.
