Whilst we are restricted on the dogs we can groom during a lockdown, here is some advice to help your dogs coats. Please remember to contact us for an appointment if your dog is getting matted or has a medical need for an appointment in lockdown. We are booking for March in the hope restrictions are lifted but can see dogs before if a more urgent need.

Dear Clients and four legged friends,

I am pleased to inform you that I have returned to full dog grooming following government, DEFRA and PIF advice.

I have new safety measures in place to ensure social distancing. Please follow all instructions carefully on arrival. Please make sure you are on time for drop off and collection to allow this to run smoothly.

I am working through a long cancellation list of all dogs who had appointments cancelled and hope to get you all in soon. Any queries or to be added to the list please email or call 01787 267888.

Dear Customers four legged and two legged,

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult lockdown period. I know it has been difficult with hairy coats and the weather improving. We have followed all DEFRA and Pet industry Federation guidelines and have not been allowed to operate. There are no exceptions to this and by operating and encouraging travel we would have been breaking the law and not helping the situation.

We are looking ahead to when the lockdown will be lifted. At present the above organisations are advising that we can restart limited dog grooming to dogs that can get to us by walking as part of their daily exercise. This is strict guidelines to avoid non essential travel and we plan to start this from May. I am sorry but we cannot accomodate if you would need to drive at present. If you fit into this category please email or call.

We have a waiting list ready for when we are allowed to open fully again and anyone who had an appointment that was cancelled is already on this list. There is no date for this at present. Dogs will be rebooked in order of cancellation. Any appointments already booked for after the lifting of the lockdown will still be in place but please contact us if you do not need your appointment. Appointment timings may need to be changed to ensure safety guidelines adhered to and you will be contacted for this.

We are grateful for your understanding and will keep you updated. We will have safety measures in place when we are allowed to open. Please take time to read emails regarding this and follow the instructions on the notice board outside before you unload your dog.
