Christmas is truly set to arrive in Harrogate this Friday with the start of Harrogate Christmas Fayre.

Taking place from 3 December until Sunday 12 December, the market will feature around 50 traders and will be a great place to pick up some last-minute gifts and mouth-watering treats.

Little Bird Markets is also set to hold a festive market in Valley Gardens on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 December.

The market will feature around 60 traders and producers who will sell a variety of festive arts and crafts, clothing, homeware, jewellery, as well as locally produced food and drink.

And to ensure people don't miss out on what Harrogate has to offer – whether that's the Christmas fayre, the artisan market, the attractions or the fantastic high street businesses – a FREE festive road train will travel around the town between 3 and 12 December.

Great location for our family gathering
We stayed at Acorn Lodge for our 1st family holiday in 2 years. There were 13 of us and having the whole house to ourselves was great. Facilities and space at the house were perfect and its only a very short walk into Harrogate where there are some great bars, restaurants and shops. During our stay we visited lots of lovely places including Knaresborough. Would 100% recommend for any large groups.
