🚨 Transformation alert 🚨

A little bit of a back story to this one but we got there in the end. We first viewed this property over 6 years ago and agreed a price. The vendor of the property lived down south who during conveyancing we lost contact with and the house was left vacant and bringing down the area for many years.

After a lot of persistence and patience we finally completed on it last year. A complete refurbishment has transformed this property back into a lovely family home.
