These 3 quality self-catering holiday cottages are open all year round. They are 8 miles north of Brighton in the grounds of Newtimber Place, a listed moated house. They were all converted from old buildings and have lovely views and are in the South Downs National Park.

We will be re-opening on 4th July. There will be a number of changes due to disinfection requirements, which will mean a later check-in time and the usual extras we provide will be severely reduced, but it will be nice to welcome guests again.

Owners Direct have just announced that from June, in addition to owners paying them a subscription for advertising with them, they will also charge guests a booking fee (they are calling it a "service fee") of around 8% as well!
We don't think this is right and won't be supporting this - so we have taken the decision to no longer advertise our cottages on their site.
You can book all our cottages securely and safely on our website without any extra fees and charges.
