'What a wonderful property! Very spacious, beautifully appointed and spotless clean, with everything you need for your staying. It has a large living room with a wood burning stove, perfect for friends and family cosy gathering, and a lovely garden and terrace for the warm season'.

The cherry on top is ready! ... it took nearly a year, but it's worth it. The views (the sea, the fishing huts, Winkle Island, East Hill being some of the highlights) from the roof terrace are stunning. It's equally as nice with your eyes shut on the ratan sofa! ; ).

‘A truly exceptional place. Well thought out and planned. The hosts were fantastic. Very welcoming, helpful and communicative throughout. Situated in the liveliest part of old Hastings. Everything is virtually minutes away. We have been to Hastings many times but never noticed this gem of a place. A few doors away from the famous Judges bakery, from the old town bars and restaurants. The front patio is lovely in the summer months.’

The room on the roof (access to the roof terrace) is coming on nicely ... outside fully decorated and all mist coats done inside.

We think it's going to be a gorgeous room... the gentle breeze on a sunny day already as appealing as the views!
