Cannonfire Battle Tours is a small family run company dedicated to preserving the memory of those killed in the First World War. Jim (your guide and driver) is a member of the Western Front Association and was recently invited to take a Masters Degree in First World War Studies at Birmingham University. After serving for 16 years in the Army and then a further 22 in Government Service, Jim retired

in October 2013 to officially take up his role as a Battlefield guide. The last seven years has been spent in research of, the battlefields, accommodation and places to visit while on tour.
