RETROSPECTIVE

📍Home

In my early 20s I moved abroad for the best part of 10 years. The morning of the day I left, I came down here and had a swim in the sea. I thought I was only going for 5 months but still, I was gonna miss this place

Everytime I returned home, sometimes for only 48 hours before leaving for another country, I would make sure I came down here and had a dip in the sea. It became a tradition and something that I looked forward to. That and eating a geet pasty afterwards

Now that I live back here permanently, I get to enjoy this view most days and this makes me super happy

I was meant to post this a few days ago but I decided to attempt to put up the world's largest shelf in our bedroom instead. Its straight enough . . .
