Development update: Henry Bell Street
✅All the timber lintels above the windows were rotten so have been replaced with new concrete lintels
✅ Roof has been stripped and rotten timbers replaced and retiled
✅ All windows replaced with upvc sliding sash
✅ External stonework repairs and repointing
✅ Walls stripped right back, new insulation fitted and plaster boarding started.
✅ ceilings lowered
✅ Floors lifted on 2nd floor to allow fire protection works
✅ New electrical installation ongoing
Looks worse than when we started but will all come together
Still to be done:
☑️Fire protection between intermediate floor
☑️Divide in to 3 separate apartments
☑️Heating systems
☑️Kitchens and bathrooms
☑️Flooring
☑️Decorations
☑️External entrance wall stripped back to natural stone
☑️External slabbing
☑️Make external previous outhouse building into a single bed unit for short term accommodation
