We are on the lookout for a trainee recruitment consultant to join our existing, highly professional and dynamic team.
The role is a mixture of speaking with clients and candidates, so we are looking for people who are comfortable on the phone.
The main responsibility will be Candidate Management – telephone screening / interviewing, guidance through the interview process and after placement care.
The role will further develop to include:
• Client Management
• Business Development
• 360 recruitment
The Person:
• Previous experience in a Sales environment is desirable but not essential
• We welcome applications from candidates from all industry sectors and backgrounds
• Engineering background desirable but not essential
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ambitious and results orientated
