Head north from Henfield up the South Downs Link. This old railway line has some interesting sights on the way.
West Grinsteads old station where you can stop for a coffee and a bite to eat.
Keep going and you’ll come to Southwater a few miles up. Here they have a large park for kids to play, a lake to walk around and a cafe to have a break and some lunch.
