Thursday 5th October from 5pm,
Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12noon to late.

Black Mountains Botanicals Distillery - Spirits, Gins and Liqueurs

For this Friday and to push back against Autumn 😊, here’s an interesting, simple Spiced Rum based cocktail.

It’s called ‘The Black Mout Montserrat’🥰

It’s based on a recipe which apparently originated from a Brixton restaurant in the UK known as Caribe.

❤️50ml Hill Billy Spiced Rum
❤️25ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
❤️3 dashes of Angostura bitters
❤️150ml Ginger Ale

❤️Pineapple Wedge for the garnish

Half fill a mixing glass with ice
Add the Rum, Lime Juice and Angostura Bitters and give it a gentle stir
Strain into a Collins Glass filled with ice

Garnish with a Pineapple wedge🍍

That’s it… delicious!

We have great local live band the annex band playing on our riverside terrace from 7pm,
