de customers with a professional telecommunications service by fitting additional points, re-siting existing sockets and tidying/renewing internal or external cables and connections which are not the responsibility of the service provider. Diagnosing broadband connection and speed problems and provide a diagnosis statement which can be discussed with the client's SP should further investigation be required on their fault. Centrally based in Hetton-Le-Hole, midway between Durham and Sunderland the business aims to complete jobs within 1 to 4 days of an initial call. Specific appointment times are given and are made according to customer requirements and the business aims to always provide a professional high standard of work. All work and materials carry a 12 month guarantee and prices are very reasonable at under a third of BT's and other Service Providers' rates. Speak Easy Telecoms has an expanding customer base, located in the North East area, mainly residential, but also caters for the small business community. A same day service is provided whenever possible and all work on the client's premises is insured (Policy available on request). I have worked for over 34 years as a telephone engineer , previously for Post Office Telephones which became British Telecom and is now BT Openreach.
