Welcombe Meadow A small family run luxury glamping site with two safari lodges and a newly converted London double decker bus.set in 27 acres of beautiful farmland.

Whilst in teaching, full-time, we decided that there must be more to life than the usual 9 to 5. That's where we came up with the desire to be our own bosses. Welcombe Meadow is the opportunity to set up a glamping camp site on my mothers farm in North Devon. We handed in our notice, sold our house and started the adventure! I have made extra mini Bakewell tarts and Treacle Tarts and there is a couple bags of cheese straws.

I can drop off no further than Winkleigh.
Tarts £3.50 each and cheese straws £5 a bag of 7. All homemade pastry.

This is another umbellifer wet cyanotype that I did a few weeks ago. It has now been mounted and is ready to take to Moretonhamstead Makers Market tomorrow (10 - 1pm in Moretonhampstead Community Club) along with other originals, prints, cards, and necklaces. Hope to see you there!

🌿 NEW COMMUNITY COOKERY WORKSHOPS – COMING TO NORTH DEVON! 🥣🍰

After 18 years of teaching Catering and running a glamping site with my husband in beautiful High Bickington, I’m so excited to start the next chapter…

✨ Community-Based Cookery Workshops – coming soon to local villages across North Devon!

Whether you’re a total beginner or just love to cook, these small, friendly sessions (up to 12 people) are all about getting hands-on in a relaxed and creative environment. You’ll get:

👩‍🍳 Cook-along tuition
🧺 All ingredients and equipment provided
📖 Recipe card to take home
🍰 A slice of my homemade cake (because what’s cooking without cake?)
☕ Tea and coffee, of course!

I’ve always dreamed of running my own cookery school, and this is the first step. I’d love for you to be a part of it.
