Please, please, please; if you are coming to our cottage, don't wait until the day of your stay to ring me to ask for the keybox code. I send everyone an email 2 weeks prior to their stay but booking.com (who are NOT our agents but whom our agents allow to make bookings on their behalf) will not forward my emails.
I am frequently out of phone range or have my phone switched off. I don't like to think of folk standing on the doorstep unable to get in.
