Even though it is a little chilly today, the sun's out and Somerset is wearing her best spring clothes.

With Easter round the corner, why not unwind for a few days in this lovely Somerset-based shepherd's hut. You can see dazzling starling murmurations, lambs cavorting in adjacent fields, and recently arrived foals settling down in my field. On arrival, in addition to the usual bottle of Prosecco, there will be Easter Eggs!

Beautiful morning walk in the pretty village of Mark just five minutes drive from us, and a privilege to see this family of Swans.
Mark village has some lovely walks, a local post office, amazing bakery and two good pubs for food and drinks.

It is the most gorgeous day today on the Somerset Levels. The sun is shining, birds are singing, and the hedgerows are full of plump berries, ripe for picking. You could reserve your own slice of this gorgeousness by booking a getaway in this vintage shepherd's hut.

I had such a lovely couple nights staying in Sally’s beautiful Shepherd’s hut.

The space was clean and fresh with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. I was really impressed with all the facilities and how well Sally had thought through everything. She even left some generous treats for myself and my dog.

Sally was so kind and helpful, a perfect host making herself available for any queries but also giving you space to enjoy your stay.

Thank you Sally for a perfect place to get away for a few days!
