What a lovely review on Trustpilot - “I doubt I would have found something so perfect myself” the reality is that the final decision was the client’s alone and not something that we solely pushed them to accept.

This is a fine example of us both collaborating to find the perfect holiday. The clients did not use us as simple booking agents, but as consultants and experts in the field of travel.

We looked at destinations and accommodations they had found and compared them with our ow suggestions.

The clients had a budget but did not allow themselves to be driven down the cheapest options available. With our help they stayed focus on the ultimate goal of finding the perfect holiday within their budget.

We did not offer them options based on our best contracted rates, highest earning potential, or on what needs shifting to reach sales targets, but purely on what the client was asking and their needs.

Suggestions were offered that were under budget, on budget and over budget, with comparisons on what they will receive in the experience and services.

We were able to present to them all the options and information for them to be able to make an informed decision and that final decision was theirs alone.

If you are looking to travel this year, now is the time to apply and avoid the price hikes. The government is expected to increase passport application fees on 2nd February 2023.

The fee for a standard online application made from within the UK will rise from £75.50 to £82.50 for adults and £49 to £53.50 for children. Postal applications will increase from £85 to £93 for adults and £58.50 to £64 for children.
