After more than 15 years of successful trading under the Golf de la Luz name, the time has now come to re-brand as The Golf Travel People allowing us to broaden our customer base and further expand the exciting golf travel destinations we offer.
We have a brand new website www.golftravelpeople.com and a new email address of [email protected], but don’t worry if you still visit or use the old Golf de la Luz website or email addresses as we have taken the necessary steps to make sure nothing goes astray!
Additionally, if you have a current quotation or confirmed itinerary with Golf de la Luz, nothing is going to change with your booking. If we have already issued your booking documents and vouchers then these are all still 100% valid, or if you are yet to complete the payment and we have still to issue the final paperwork then this will all be done under the new brand name and logos etc. Do note, however, that the limited company behind The Golf Travel People is still Golf de la Luz Ltd and therefore all payments will still be made to this entity.
What this all means for previous customers of Golf de la Luz is a wider range of great golf holidays will become available around the world as we will soon be offering golf travel opportunities in a whole variety of new destinations – including long haul golf travel for the first time to South Africa, the Far East and Mexico through our network of trusted fellow-IAGTO tour operators who specialise in those destinations.
Closer to home the Portuguese island of Madeira is already live on the new website, plus we will have other new short- and mid-haul destinations available very soon including Majorca, Porto, Murcia, Morocco and plenty more over the coming months.
What won’t be changing though is the high quality, experience-led customer service ethic from the same team of golf travel experts that has guided Golf de la Luz for the past 15 years. Perhaps what sets us apart from some of the larger golf tour operators is our customer service – exemplified by our 5 star TrustPilot rating – and it is this vital plank of the business that will be one of the constant factors as we transition to the new brand, The Golf Travel People.
We will continue to offer the original Costa de la Luz destinations as our most favoured golf resorts and golf clubs, so please don’t worry that if those are your favourite venues that we will be stopping promoting them – we won’t – as they are also our favourites and have been the heart of the business for the last 15 years and we intend that remains the case into the future with The Golf Travel People.
