We love Devon and Cornwall so much that 5 years ago we decided to move from Sussex to the North Devon/Cornwall border.
We found the perfect rural retreat, that’s within easy reach of the coast…And the good news is you can stay here too!😃

We have 3 beautiful, lakeside properties sharing the grounds at Mill Farm and you can relax in your very own tranquil waterside home from home, away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy, campfires, fishing and alpacas!

You’ll have your own enclosed waterfront garden, (6ft solid wood fencing either side and approx. 1m high mesh fencing elsewhere, so as not to spoil the view), and our lovely village with pub and shops is within easy walking distance.

Both Kingfisher and Otter sleep 4, with Owl sleeping up to 5 and they’re all dog friendly too!

We are a small, family run business offering three beautifully decorated self catering, 2 bed, holiday lodges, all with spectacular views of our very own, well stocked fishing lake and the beautiful Devon countryside.

Enjoy a luxury, lakeside holiday situated on the outskirts of the charming village of Bradworthy, we are well placed for the coast, (our nearest beach is less than 10 miles away at Sandymouth), Tamar Lakes Acivity Centre, ( a 10 min drive), and being on the Devon/Cornwall border, we're also less than 30 mins from the fabulous seaside town of Bude.
