Spring is coming to Devon and the flowers and blooming in the sunshine. Yesterday we were over in the Hut when we saw two deer through the kitchen window in the field next door only feet away!

Christine was trimming some undergrowth and found this little chap. We popped him down by the wild life pond and off he went.

Our Summerhouse has been well used by guests as somewhere to sit in the evening. But it was getting a bit battered so now its gone and a new one erected in its place.

This evening we were washing up and another, smaller deer came by the Shepherd's Hut. The late evening sun made for some interseting pictures. I hope Sarah and Simon, our next guests, get to see them.
