We have 4 of our assistants taking part in a pool lifeguard course this week (NPLQ). Good luck Cora, Owen, Charlotte and Megan!

Today is International Lifeguard Appreciation Day! It is a day to celebrate the vital role which lifeguards play in ensuring everyone can enjoy water safely – they are there when you are enjoying a family swim session, having fun at the beach, playing around at an aqua park, completing in a triathlon and lots of other activities. All RLSS UK lifeguards are unsung heroes to us; if you know a lifeguard team you feel deserves a special mention and virtual pat on the back, tag a lifeguarded pool below or a particular lifeguard, tell us why, and show your appreciation in the comments! 🏊‍♀️🤗

Currently, sessions will continue to remain indoors (until the weather decides to take a sunny turn) however the Friday morning session will remain to be outside whenever possible.

Mixed Rangers - suitable for all ages
Baby Rangers - for those from 5 months old

Pre-booking is needed to ensure spaces are available. (Please note: no sessions will run on 17th May)

Fancy trying something different? We have spaces in our sea scooter class tomorrow and on Thursday 11th April.
There are sessions for first time sea scooters to include snorkelling and refresher sessions for children who have previously been to a sea scooter session.
Children must be over 8 and be able to swim 25 metres unaided.

🚧 Highampton Road Closure🚧
The A3072 at Highampton will be closed for resurfacing from today until 28th March and again on 2nd April to 10th April.
There is a diversion in place.
