“A genuine five stars across the board. The house is immaculately prepared and presented. It is an easy stroll into the centre of Holt, but being the other side of the Holt/Cromer road (avoided via a clean underpass) feels nicely separated. At the end of a short road so parking is easy, and has some land adjacent plenty big enough to burn off a little energy if you have a dog… but the main draw for dog owners is the massive and beautiful Holt Country Park that is a 5 minute walk away. I think Holt is an ideal base from which to explore the North Norfolk coast - large enough to have everything on your door stop, roughly in the middle, and the last town before the little windy lanes start”
