Today we had a private swim party five minutes walk from Seagull Cottage.
If you’d like a pool just for your family and friends £40 for one hour for up to 10 people.
It’s an excellent way to beat the winter blues.

November is maintenance month at Seagull Cottage so we can get ready for next year.

Every year we reinvest in the cottage to enhance our guests experience.

The kitchen was the one thing we haven’t improved since starting this venture so here is 2024’s big job by our favourite local tradesmen Carl Ryan who always exceeds expectations.

New kitchen and utility room fitted. Just needs all the new crockery and we’re ready to go again in December. Hope our followers and guests like it. We love it! Diolch Carl.

Great fireworks tonight just around the corner at The Trearddur Bay Hotel. Hope RNLI got plenty donations.
Some daft parking though made it a bit of a struggle with our wheelchair.

Penmon Point is a spectacular spot to visit at the opposite end of Anglesey. Near the historic castle town of Beaumaris and about 30 minutes away.

A very atmospheric spot (with cafe) where the Menia Straight meets the Irish Sea. Good spot for dolphin, porpoise and puffin spotting.

Beautiful Porth Dafarch is one mile from Seagull Cottage. There is coffee and ice creams too! Here’s Helen enjoying a brew in the summer sun a couple of months ago.

Five minute drive or scenic walk along the coastal path.

A great stop on the way to South Stack RNIB reserve, lighthouse, shop and cafe.
