You can get this book free in addition to the nature reserve guide book by joining North Wales Wildlfe Trust via me. It’s only £2.50 per month to be a member.

I'm thinking of ways to offer walks to people and soon hope to offer a walk to one household or one person (at social distance) local to Valley area. There are a lovely range of walks locally including the Inland Sea, Alaw Estuary and Anglesey coastal path around most of Holy Island. Watch this space...

Today is Blue Monday.
Which is the name given to a day in January claimed to be the most depressing day of the year.
There is actually a formula that was used to decide on the day and it used many factors, including: weather conditions, debt level (the difference between debt accumulated and our ability to pay), time since Christmas, time since failing our new year’s resolutions, low motivational levels and feeling of a need to take action.
Connecting with nature and wild spaces has been proven to help mental health and peoples well-being.
