We would like to give a massive thank you to all our staff at Valley Care.
Our staff all work hard to ensure people get the care and support they need no matter what is happening. From meals, to medication, to that smile and friendly face they see when all is quite or they are in pain.

Care doesn’t stop for Christmas and the work they all do is invaluable and worthy of high praise. Whether there is sun, rain, snow, ice or gale force winds. The dedication to our clients never stops.

Once again we have made it through another snow day!
Honestly, we can't thank everyone enough. As carers our work isn't just a job but providing a lifeline for lots of vulnerable clients across a huge area.
At Valley Care we couldn't achieve everything we do and get through days like this without amazing staff, husbands and family members who drive us around, families who step in to cover calls and the friends and family members that provide the unseen help with childcare.
It's days like this everyone should be proud of 🩵💚

☔☔All I can say is what a day. ☔☔
As always our team at Valley Care Direct have gone above and beyond. Waded through flood waters, crossed rivers in cars and we even had a rescue from a flooded house for one client.
Not to forget a massive thank you to family member and friends, who have stepped in to help us cover calls, without which today and tonight would have been even harder.
You are all amazing 💜

⭐We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Assistant to be apart of our On-Call Support Team⭐

📍 On-call is carried out remotely, usually from home.
📍 You’ll be provided with a company laptop for use during your on-call shifts

Our usual On-call working shifts are:
📍 Week on-call (week off) – this can be discussed and may be flexible depending that the flexibility meet with business needs
📍 On-call hours are 7am – 9am and 5pm – 10.00pm Monday – Friday; and 7am – 10.00pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.
📍 You will be expected to hold on-call responsibilities for full days (i.e., mornings and evenings, not one or the other).
