Dog friendly beach and cafe

This week, we're taking a closer look at the Lincolnshire Coast. With half-term on the horizon, what could be better than a trip to the seaside? ⚓️

Our tour of the coast begins with a trip to Chapel St Leonards. Stretching for miles, the beautiful beach here is the perfect place for kids to burn off some energy; you can run, walk, cycle - even horse ride - along the golden sand.

After exploring the expansive shoreline, head to the North Sea Observatory and you can warm up with a hot chocolate - and enjoy the view from the comfort of the cafe!

In cooler temperatures, Barn Owls are able to adapt their hunting style to stay warm. Rather than gliding through the air, some prefer to hunt from posts and perches, conserving precious body heat and energy 🥰

128 seal pups.....😁😁😁😁

Weekly pupdate: 128 pups, 229 cows and 33 bulls. However, only about 20 pups are visible.

The photo was taken in front of the information hut yesterday.
