It's been so mild and we've had some gorgeous moody morrning walks at Hall Farm holiday cottages.

Ahh the wonderful new cohort of students from the Body Stress Release Academy, Europe.

We are thrilled that for the third year running, BSR have chosen our venue again to host their residential BSR Practitioner course. The HF team are loving being reunited with the teachers and are also getting to know the new students, whilst sharing all the great things Norfolk has to offer.

They'll soon be departing for their Christmas break (we'll miss you all so much😢) but we are wishing them a fantastic time with friends and family and can't wait to welcome them back in the New Year.

P.S. Keep you eyes peeled around February 2025 when the students will be running their amazing BSR sessions for you to experience this fabulous health therapy, which will be at a greatly reduced rate.
