Low Yield for Hornsea ❤️ 🎆 🤫 I love Hornsea! Not only is it so clean and beautifully presented by lots of volunteer groups and East Yorkshire Council but everyone actually cares about each other. We have a volunteer sector who are putting on a huge firework display this year in Hallgarth Park- Low Yield means lots of colours and hardly any sound. So that's good news for all our dogs in town - the town including shops, pubs and cafes is very dog friendly as is miles of beach, all year round.

Friday 29 November to Monday 2 December has just become available at both Lobster Pot and Grosvenor Cottage! It's Christmas Lights night in Hornsea on the Friday and Christmas indoor market at the town hall on Saturday and Sunday. A really lovely Christmassy weekend. 🎄 🎅 🍸 🍹
Grosvenor Cottage is £350 and Lobster Pot is £391 for up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms and £460 for up to 6 in 3 bedrooms

Hornsea, East Yorkshire. A quiet traditional victorian town that's flat, has a wide, long promenade, large grassy parks, the Mere and miles of dog friendly, all year beach.

With dog friendly cafes, bars, pubs and independent shops it's a great dog friendly holiday.

We have two houses - both chosen because they're 2 minutes walk from the beach and town, have secure gardens and put together with you and your dogs in mind.

Grosvenor Cottage
Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms.
Enclosed garden with walls, hedges with mesh inbetween and 2 gates, one 6 foot and one 3 foot which an extension can be added for jumpers. We have a pond. Dogs allowed everywhere, no dog restrictions or charges. Up to 4 dogs but may be more depending on size and number of visitors- only comfort in mind. Parking too. Carpet in the living room and on the stairs and wood floor and rugs upstairs. Lots there for an easy visit- stair gates and crate if you use them.

Lobster Pot
Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and low occupancy rates available.
Safe, enclosed garden with 6ft walls and 6 ft gates with digital entry lock- open the door and let your dogs potter in safety. Hard downstairs floors, carpet upstairs. Dogs allowed everywhere with no restriction. We don't always have time at home to pamper ourselves so why not have a pamper whilst on holiday? In Hornsea we've some fabulous places to visit, all walking distance from Lobster Pot. Example- There's New Begginings Hair salon and Bemora Wellbeing Hub (eg hot stone massage) on the High Street and Silver Moon (eg Reiki) on Southgate. If there's something you fancy trying whether a facial to a cocoa ceremony for Wellbeing you'll find it in Hornsea- just ask

Wow...... Only 8 weeks and 4 short breaks from January to the end of May and only 4 weeks and 1 short break remaining to book between June and the end of September 2025!

Usually by the end of February we're fully booked up to the end of September but it may just be earlier this year.....thank you. We love that you love Hornsea and Lobster Pot as much as we do.

Hornsea Mere is a Special Protection Area (SPA) and at this time of year we have thousands of birds migrating from Siberia to spend the winter here. They've just started coming and it's a sight indeed

Fabulous news that Hornsea Bike Event will be back on 17 August 2025!

We all missed it this year. It's a fantastic day whether you love bikes or not. Hundreds of bikes travel together into Hornsea and display them in the park. The Park is taken over with a fun fare, food stalls and live music. We're so excited.

Barmston is 15 minutes away from Hornsea in the car and another great dog friendly all year beach. I love collecting sea glass and fossils, do you? I love following Summat to do too for lovely seaside adventures ❤️

Just a few dates left this year and a couple where Lobster Pot and Hornsea will be all set for Christmas 🎄 7, 4 or 3 nights

Our house is 2 minutes from the beach and town with many dog friendly cafes bars, pubs and shops.

Lobster Pot has central heating which can be controlled by you and a lovely remote controlled, by you, gas wood burning effect stove for ease. A real cosy, home from home with no dog restrictions or charges too

2 prices, one with 3 bedrooms and one with 2 bedrooms 😀
