Address

Village Farm, Brind, Howden
Howden
DN14 7LA

Regular trains to Howden from Hull, York, Leeds and Doncaster. Howden is the best railway station - just one platform each way but you can be in London in just over 2 hours!

General information

We built the holiday cottages ourselves with locally grown wheat straw, rendered with lime and clay. The straw cottages look pretty similar to other houses but they have really thick, super insulated walls that keep them very warm and cosy in the winter and cool in the summer.
