Christmas looks amazing at our quiet farm in Denby Dale. Our rates are great, because we sleep five people for £120/ night and we accept dogs. You get private parking for 3 cars and a fully enclosed garden for your dogs. If you want to keep your visiting family in a comfortable and close place this Christmas then please check us out.

Our new chickens for the guest house arrived today. Here you can see Harrison letting them out in the chicken enclosure at the end of the garden. They are 17 weeks old so should start laying in a few weeks. If you stay with us you can collect your own fresh eggs for breakfast.

Spring is our favourite time of year on our farm. The buds are out and the grass is growing. The whole Spring and summer is ahead of us.
At £120/ night for 5 people we think we are one of the most cost effective stays you can find in Yorkshire.

Spring is in the air and the girls at the guest house are laying consistently now. When you stay with us you get to collect your own eggs from the end of the garden. Our 4 girls all lay different coloured eggs so each collection can be different.
We have a weekend available 15-16th April. We can accommodate 5 people and we accept dogs.

Ken October 2022 review

A fantastic location for this beautifully converted barn. We had everything we needed - it was clean, modern, warm and comfortable. The hosts were perfect - friendly, available but not intrusive. Just what you want. The garden area was an extra surprise - it was much larger and lovelier than I was expecting from the listing. A super rental - we will certainly be back.

We are located on a little farm on the outskirts of Denby Dale in West Yorkshire. The guest house is walking distance from the shops, train station and the pubs.

You can check in from 3pm and check out is 10am. However if we don't have back to back bookings we are flexible.

You have your own private, gated parking area for 2 cars. Of course we also have space for more cars if needed.

Yes we love dogs, but we have a few rules. Please don't let your furry friends into the bedrooms or onto the furniture. We also have a huge crate on site if you want it during your stay.
All of the outdoor area is also dog friendly and fenced, just remember to keep the gate closed.

We have 5 beds. A king size double in the main bedroom and a double bed with a single above it in the second bedroom.
