Hello
I just wanted to comment on my journey in the 393, leaving Causeway Side at approximately 1.15pm yesterday Friday September 6th
Whilst on the trip to town some traffic hold ups were incurred when the bus reached Crosland Moor, around the Mosque, where with it being residential too there is often a lot of parked cars narrowing the road.
In short time this happened twice yesterday and in both occasions the car drivers causing the hold ups seemed either unwilling or incapable of moving or reversing said cars
My observations are just to offer some positive thoughts on your driver, who remained so very patient and dealt with the issue in such good humour, whilst acknowledging it was seriously going to delay his next departure. This driver is a credit to Stotts', the professionalism he showed, and the way he dealt with some of the more frustrated passengers was excellent
Overall his manner reflects the high professional engaging standards all your driver's seem to have. It is that, your commitment to local bus services too, that keep me choosing your services whenever I can over other service providers.
