Hi
Just wanted to say thank you to Stotts. You were really helpful when I called for bus time and route info. The buses came on time despite the weather and driving conditions, the drivers were so cheerful and helpful too. One even got out to help a really elderly gentleman passenger get on and off safely with his shopping in the ice. You just don’t see that often these days.

Now I know the route I’ll definitely use again!

As we approach the end of another year we would like to thank all the team here at Stotts for their hard work and commitment again throughout 2024, we could not do this without you!!

Our schools finish on the 20th December for the year but no rest yet as all our buses are operating until Christmas Eve and we have our National Express commitments along with some football fixtures over the Christmas period.

We would also like to thank all our wonderful loyal customers for their continued support throughout the year and we look forward to seeing you again in 2025

"We have used Stotts for over 15 years for our extremely popular Christmas Shopping Trips and Race Days.
These are by far the most popular events we run, in no small part due to the professionalism of the team at Stotts Coaches.

The vehicles are all modern, clean and maintained thoroughly. Pricing is transparent and very fair.

We encountered very challenging weather on 2 trips this year, and were confident that the trips would proceed without any hitch, which they did.
We cannot recommend highly enough.

I am a regular passenger on the 394/395 Stotts bus that runs through Slaithwaite. I have been catching this bus for years and really appreciate the service. I find all of the drivers extremely pleasant and helpful and there is a real community feel on the bus. In particular I wanted to highlight your female driver, Julie. Julie is a great character and seeing her on the bus brightens mine and my partners day. Julie makes the effort to get to know her passengers and is super helpful to everyone boarding and exiting the bus. The traffic situation has been terrible on this route lately with roadworks and delays popping up every week however Julie handles this with patience and clear communication about delays.
She drives the bus in a safe manner is great at navigating heavy traffic and at times unfortunately having to deal with angry drivers on the road, a situation she handles with professionalism and diplomacy. I feel that Julie is a real asset to Stotts and where else can you find a bus driver who dresses up for Halloween and Christmas!! Keep on the good work Julie and thank you to Stotts for such a reliable friendly bus service.

My name is Kirsty I use your bus service 385 Monday to Friday and it’s a absolute joy to have Julie on the bus my 4 year old son loves her and there many other children that get on the bus that love her my son ask’s me every morning if nice lady is driving little bus today it was so lovely to see her decorations on bus for Halloween where all looking forward to seeing if Julie decorates the bus for Xmas there really is no better driver than Julie like I said she’s amazing with all her passengers and the help she gives to the elderly helping them on and off the bus with there shop is amazing to see, thanks Kirsty.

Customer Feedback for our NX 561 service:
The coach drivers on the outbound journey were amazing, humorous and excellent drivers. They made you feel welcome and safe.

Also, the coach drivers on the return journey (I'm on the Stott coach going directly to Leeds) are absolutely fabulous and all of the above too. They are friendly, keep you well informed and are managing the conduct of fellow passengers in a very professional yet direct way.
