Heaps House has recently been lovingly converted by its owners from an old outbuilding and now boasts a modern, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a dining table suitable for seating 4 and a cosy snug area with comfy sofas (one being a sofa bed) and a picture window framing the impressive Denby Dale viaduct. The property also benefits from a

large luxurious bathroom with a huge walk in power shower and an indulgent freestanding bath tub. The exuberance is continued in the chic bedroom, simply furnished in black and white with access to a small private outside space. Our accommodation benefits from off road parking and a large patio area with patio furniture provided. We provide all linen, towels and tea towels for your stay, as well as free WiFi throughout the house.
