Wonderful weather last weekend and a visit to Gordon Castle in Fochabers ! Great cafe and coffee shop a spot of lunch and a walk around the beautiful garden and grounds. And maybe a trip out on the bike in the sunshine for Jason ❤️

Deveron Lodge sleeps five guests has a cosy wood burner and is nestled in the woods next to the river.

If you like to fish you can add a few days on the river when you book on our website.

If its a summer holiday you are after we are in the middle of the Whiskey and Castle trails 20 mins from the gorgeous Moray Firth Coastline where whales dolphins and seals can be spotted regularly .🐋🦈🦭🐳🐬🐟
We are also a ideal place to stop if you are doing the famous North East 250 route. 🚐🚌🚎🛺🏍🛵🚲

Oh I fancy’s scone !

A bit blustery here today but none the less it is a bonny morning. Never been to the Castle before - then it a lovely way to spend a Sunday - take a tour of the Castle, a walk in the wood, have a chat with Ed who runs the fishery and learn about what he offers for fly fishing with such a beautiful place, pop in to the tearoom for a fine homemade cake or scone and fine food. We are open from 10a.m. to 4p.m.
