The Space
Once inside you will find a modern country kitchen with butler sink, open plan living and warming log burner to snuggle up by after a long walk in the area of natural outstanding beauty. Walk up the quaint staircase which leads you to the shabby chic bedroom and modern bathroom. Calming and relaxing decor throughout to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. There is a small sofa
bed in the lounge if you require extra accommodation for children or another couple. This would be on a request basis to ensure the bed is made up with an addition charge of £10 per person
Guest Access
The whole house is accessible including the garden area where you can enjoy a sunny breakfast, cup of tea or glass of fizz in the late afternoon sun. Interaction with Guests

A short walk to the local pub to enjoy a pint and good food, the award winning village community shop selling fresh bread, produce and tasty treats. Endless country walks on the doorstep to take in fantastic views across the North Downs and areas of outstanding natural beauty. Nestled between the historic town of Westerham and market town of Sevenoaks you can find many National Trust properties including Emmett's Garden, Chartwell (the home of Winston Churchill) and Knole Park. Maybe take in the jousting at Hever Castle (the home of Anne Boyleyn and Henry VIII) or Bough Beech Reservoir for bird watching. Getting Around
The cottage is situated in a small village with a limited bus service. Sevenoaks train station is 4/5 miles by car and access to London is 25 mins with a good regular fast service. There are plenty of local cabs at the station if travelling by train, however a Car is necessary to explore the area for your ease and convenience. Other Things to Note
Parking is on the gravel hardcore in front of the grey Tile House, where the name plate of Mount Pleasant hangs on the wall. Walk past the grey house and alongside the hedge, passing no 1 Mount Pleasant to the back door of no 2.
