What a fantastic summer and wonderful guests we've had during the busy season. Although the summer is coming to an end North Devon is still a beautiful place to visit. My favourite time of year Autumn, walks, exploring the coastline and time with family and friends. A lovely family heading home to Southampton and left The Kite so clean, we think they completed a changeover for us!!

Our next guests are hours away, with their two daughters but that didn't stop Mark and his two wonderful children grabbing a few nights at The Kite as part of their holiday experience! "Wow! The view of the Torrs from the panoramic windows encouraged us to follow Jane's advice and walk. The area is spectacular and so is The Kite, we've made some fantastic memories. Thank you for the wonderful bubbly Mark!!

A wonderful family left this morning and heading back to Northampton "after an amazing few days." We can't wait to welcome them back. "The Kite is beautiful and caters for your every need... gorgeous setting anytime but at its most beautiful at sunset" bar Woolacombe was their favourite.

Four lovely guests returned to The Kite for a short golf break. "Absolutely loved our time here in Ilfracombe. Golf was brilliant and very windy Ilfracombe Golf Club which made each of the three days completely different. We will definitely be back to take on this amazing golf course" The Thatched Inn Ilfracombe hosted their first and last evening and remains their favourite 19th hole with a perfect meal at The Smugglers Ilfracombe on their rest day.
