Please could we ask our guests to follow the guidance given in our access instructions when arriving at the property for the first time. SatNav will take you past the entrance to the house if you just use the postcode and will incorrectly send you up a private road. If you use a Satnav please use the house name and NOT the postcode. We are the first turning right immediately past TDK. Please ensure that our access instructions that are emailed out before your stay are passed onto every driver in the group to avoid any disruption to our neighbours. Many thanks.

Covid update:
If your booking dates are affected by either Bicclescombe Grange going into lockdown or your area going into lockdown then we would refund all monies paid, no admin fee. If there were restrictions on group sizes that prevent you coming, we would also refund in full. However, if you wanted to cancel because a member of your party contracted Covid or has to self-isolate we would only allow cancellation on our normal terms and conditions as these are insurable risks.
