Coulscott House Holiday Cottages Luxury Holiday Cottages set on a secluded Country Estate on Devon Coast with Indoor Pool and Hot Tubs We have a beautiful indoor pool.

There are 7 luxurious cottages at Coulscott - From our largest, Coulscott House , sleeping 15 to our smallest, Bantam Cottage, sleeping 2. The four largest properties have private outdoor hot-tubs placed to enjoy spectacular views. We have a children’s play areas indoors and outdoors with climbing frames, trampoline, swings, pirate shop, Wendy house, football and lots more. Our 16 acres of grounds

have woodland, meadows, streams and ponds. We are home to all manner of wildlife including badgers, foxes and buzzards. We have a huge fenced animal enclosure with alpacas, ducks, chickens, peacocks, pigs, lambs, guinea pigs and pygmy goats all looking forward to visitors! The wild and untamed beauty of North Devon’s coastline makes the perfect backdrop for a bracing winter walk along the South West Coast Path…

We set off for a family ramble to explore the secluded village of Lee, hidden deep in a rugged combe that was once home to the legendary smuggler, Hannibal Richards.

Wandering down to Sandy Cove—a secretive little beach where Hannibal and his crew once smuggled their contraband—we searched every nook and cranny for his elusive smuggling cave. No luck this time, but the adventure was half the fun!

With the tide out, Lee Bay transformed into a rockpooling paradise, teeming with marine life. A magical spot for little explorers and grown-up adventurers alike.

How many chickens you can get in a dustbin? Just leave the lid off your feed bin for about ten seconds and you will get a clue! Would someone please count for me and let me know how many are in there? I get a different number each time I try. Before you think we starve our chickens I would point out that they are not hungry but are greedy. There is a difference!

Green Piggies! Our lovely pigs are so greedy that they don't wait for us to finish throwing grass clippings over the hedge. They just dive in. Listen to Gladstone give a happy little oink. He is so cute!
